Simple.  Just download our EKG requisition, fill in the location and patient details and fax it to us.  Our EKG manager will contact you to set up a date and time to complete the EKG.

Simple.  Just download our PCH Registration form, fill in the PCH details, fax/telephone numbers, and accounting department details.  There is no fee to register and you are only invoiced monthly after EKGs are completed.

Your doctors/nurse practitioners order EKGs routinely for physicals, routine medication changes, pre-op work-ups, pacemaker checks, monitoring for prolonged QT intervals, or otherwise.

Simply complete the EKG order form and fax it to us. To keep our prices economical, we try to arrange visits to multiple geographically located homes. Routine EKGs are completed within 1-2 weeks. Our Manager will connect with the PCH to assign an EKG day or evening to do the multiple EKGs. 

We charge $40/resident. Invoices are sent out monthly. Invoice will include resident name and date of service to allow your accounting department ease of billing individual residents.

If your PCH has regular multiple EKGs required every month, we can assign a regular work date (e.g., once or twice per month) for you so that you can plan around this day. 

Of course there are times when you require an urgent EKG. If this should arise outside of the routine service, we can do an urgent EKG call within 1-2 days usually.   Call our Manager if you should need an Urgent EKG (number on EKG Requisition).

 We charge $50/resident. 

EKGs are read quickly and returned to your personal care home via fax within 1-3 days.

The quality of EKG is the same as an Xray/EKG clinic.

Our service is not only efficient but affordable. Costs are significantly less than the cost of sending out a patient by stretcher and with chaperones.
